First Contact

We take the call, open the email or join the video conference and answer any questions our clients have, explain our capabilities and provide a general outline of our process, as well as our associated rates. Then book a half hour appointment to go over the project in depth.

Discussion & Planning

Tackling the clients vision head on. We spend however long necessary to thoroughly understand our clients vision and business goals. Any reference materials are extremely beneficial, as it provides a glimpse of which styles are appealing to our clients. We then outline timeframes, expectations, rough drafts, editing and finalization. Mutually agreeing and accepting the parameters of the project, then collecting the deposit to begin work.

Implementation

We roll up our sleeves and get to work! Our days begin extremely early and often find ourselves most inspired at 4am, working when there’s limited interruptions. Always do our best to exceed expectations and create new, unique looks that have not been seen repetitively by prospective customers.

Drafts & Revisions

Each and every project we acquire is truly a collaboration. We do our best to interpret our clients ideas and most of the time we get it right away, other times, it takes a few tries. This is where we send over our ‘rough drafts’ and our clients have the opportunity to add, amend or delete anything they feel necessary. We will provide our input and suggestions, but ultimately our goal is to create precisely what our clients envision.

Approval & Control

Once we get it, it’s pretty obvious. Our clients light up, happy to have their idea executed properly. There’s plenty of times we’ve received the “that’s really better than I expected” which is always awesome to hear and absolutely motivating. We then send over the final paperwork, once that is complete, we will provide all the files to their new owners.
